 Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Assist in setting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Drive sales performance in assigned territories through effective planning and execution.
Monitor sales performance daily and take corrective action to ensure targets are met.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
Distributors
Wholesalers
Retailers
HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, institutions)
Resolve customer complaints promptly and work to improve customer satisfaction.
3. Market Development & Expansion
Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers and new demand pockets.
Support the Sales Manager in launching promotional campaigns and new product rollouts.
Identify competitor activities and prepare reports to guide strategy.
4. Distribution & Field Operations
Ensure product availability across retail outlets and cold-chain channels.
Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for timely delivery.
Supervise and guide the field sales team (Sales Supervisors & Sales Representatives).
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Present market feedback, competitor insights, and sales gaps to senior management.
Assist in forecasting demand and planning stock levels with operations teams.
6. Trade Marketing & Merchandising
Work with marketing teams to execute in-store displays, promotions, and sampling programs.
Ensure proper merchandising and that shelf space is optimized for the brand.
7. Team Development
Coach, train, and motivate field sales personnel.
Participate in performance evaluations and support capability building
