*Education: Bachelor complete.
*Experience: 4 years of experience as a Senior Sales Officer/Area sales supervisor or relevant position in Paints/Hardware or relevant field.
-JD:
• Meeting the sales target of the organization through effective planning and budgeting
• Daily meeting with the Marketing Subordinates, Prepare daily work plan and schedule the work plan for effective utilization of the staffs.
• Maintain area sales and marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Monitor the Sales, Outstanding and Credit Limit of the Dealer & Party and timely coordinate for meeting collection and sales targets
• Maintain the Dealer Database and effectively coordinate the corporate office regarding the same.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Forward daily MIS report to the corporate office regarding Sales and Collections.
• Co-ordinate with the Accounts department for the Calculation of the Painter Scheme, Dealer Scheme, Annual TOD.
• Any other necessary duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Management
