Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Electrical Technician in manufacturing industry
– Key responsibilities
1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant machines, electric motors, pumps, conveyor system, electrical control panels, Compressor, CIP systems, Chiller, Cold room.
2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, power distribution systems, and control panels as per company producers.
3. Conduct regular safety and quality checks of all electrical systems and machines as per Standards.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to –date maintenance records, log sheets and checklists according to company requirements and policies and adherence to all safety guidelines.
5. Ensure proper electrical safety practices including Lock-out/ tag out (LOTO) protocols.
6. Supports quality audits by providing accurate maintenance data and ensuring all electrical systems meet food safety and quality requirements.
7. Maintain good housekeeping of work area and tools as per company’s 5S, HACCP and hygiene policies.
8. Ability to read and follow electrical drawings and machine manuals.
