*Position: Operation Officer
*Salary: Negotiable
*Location: Bharatpur, Chitwan
*Education: At least +2 complete or bachelor running
*Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Operation officer or any relevant position in relevant field.
*Working time: 12pm – 9pm
Duties:
1. Supervise and motivate restaurant staff (servers, hosts, kitchen staff, etc.).
2. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or disciplinary action if needed.
3. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
4. Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
