* Education: At least bachelor complete

* Experience: At Least 3 years of experience as an Account Officer in manufacturing company or relevant industry.

-Job Descriptions:

. Manage daily financial operations, including petty cash control and handling party payments

• Supervise accounts payable and ensure timely processing of payments

• Prepare advance income tax reports and maintain TDS receivables

• Create and maintain business tracker reports, including rent tracker reports

• Conduct purchase and sales reconciliations on a monthly basis

• Prepare detailed expense reports categorizing VAT and non-vatable expenses

• Perform VAT reconciliation with returns and calculate input VAT expenses

• Reconcile TDS with returns and ensure accurate tax compliance

• Conduct excise reconciliation with returns and maintain proper documentation

• Generate and maintain purchase reports for financial tracking

• Assist in tax assessment procedures and ensure compliance with tax laws

• Provide support in internal audits by preparing financial records and reconciliations
