Job Description:
* Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities, forecast staffing needs, and create workforce plans.
* Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and final selection. Ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent while maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace policies.
* Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with managers to develop performance improvement plans and facilitate employee development and training programs.
* Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, benchmark market trends, and recommend competitive compensation packages. Manage payroll processing and coordinate with finance departments.
* HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Stay up to date with employment legislation changes and ensure the organization’s compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and data protection requirements.
* Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver training sessions on various topics, including leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.
* Employee Engagement and Retention: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives. Develop and implement retention strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees. Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend actions to improve employee satisfaction and morale.
* HR Analytics and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and data to provide insights and support decision-making. Prepare reports on HR key performance indicators, turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and other relevant HR analytics.
* Team Management: Supervising and providing guidance to administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and clerical workers. Assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the administrative team.
* Policy Development: Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and legal requirements.
* Budgeting and Resource Management: Preparing and managing budgets for administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
* Office Operations: Overseeing day-to-day office operations, such as managing office space, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Managing office equipment, technology systems, and supplies inventory.
* Communication and Coordination: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, suppliers, and service providers. Facilitating effective communication and coordination between different departments and individuals.
* Records Management: Establishing and maintaining efficient systems for document management, record-keeping, and data storage. Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
* Project Support: Assisting in project management by coordinating schedules, resources, and deliverables. Supporting teams with administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and generating reports.
* Problem Solving and Decision Making: Analyzing administrative processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. Making sound decisions based on the organization’s goals and priorities.
