1. Motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
2. Oversee all store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
3. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to create a visually appealing shopping experience
4. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and forecast future sales
5. Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
6. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
7. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
8. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
-Other Qualification:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software (a plus)
