*Experience: At least 2 year’s of experiences as a shift / operation in-charge or relevant position.
JD:
Principal Accountabilities
• Oversee all processes during the assigned shift to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure that production schedules and targets are met efficiently.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve process deviations to maintain consistent production quality.
• Lead and motivate the shift team to achieve high productivity and maintain morale.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Ensure that all products meet the specified quality standards and coordinate with the Quality Control department for routine and special testing requirements.
• Maintain detailed shift reports and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
– Competency/Knowledge/Skills
• Proficiency in ISO standards, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and PQRS/QC protocols.
• Strong understanding of refinery product specifications and plant operations.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
