Education: At least +2 complete
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as Retail Shop Executive/Store Executive/Billing Executive/Account Executive or any relevant position a in FMCG or any relevant industry.
-Job Description:
• Provide product information and help customers with their purchases
• Manage billing and checkout operations using the POS system
• Handle cash, card, and Unified Payments Interface (UPI) transactions accurately
• Maintain daily billing records and reconcile sales at end of day
• Take and record customer orders correctly
• Coordinate with stock team to fulfill customer orders
• Provide updates to customers regarding order status
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records
• Report low, excess, or damaged stock to management
• Deal appropriately with canceled and damaged items.
• Receives, stores, tags and tracks existing and surplus stocks; prepares stock lists
for items to be cleared.
• Confirm stock reorder quantities based on current stock and orders
• Assist in placing and tracking restock orders with suppliers
• Ensure timely restocking and proper shelf display
