• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for inventory control and warehouse space utilization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to forecast and meet demand.
