*Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience as a Senior Account Officer.
-Job Description:
. Review of admin expenses, direct expenses & indirect expenses are within authorized approval and report to HOD for any deviations identified with corrective action plan.
• Ensure checking of all receipts, payments, journal vouchers, purchase invoices with proper supporting documents as per financial procedures.
• Prepare monthly purchase VAT reconciliation of BRJ/BRT/BTL/KTM branch and report the deviations between manual and System balance to manager/management on priority basis.
• Ensure proper deduction of TDS as per statutory compliance. Prepare monthly TDS report all type including staff TDS for BRJ/BRT/BTL/KTM branch and report the deviations with adjustments of deviations.
• Ensure zero deviations on statutory compliances such as SSF, CIT, TDS Return & deposit, VAT return & deposit, Excise return & deposit, Advance Tax payment etc. as per proper accounting procedures.
• Review all the pending posts are closed on daily basis and ensure monthly closing of BRJ/BRT/BTL branch books of account.
• Prepare and maintain master list of documents (Agreements and compliance).
• Ensure timely renewal of compliance documents such as Municipality, Banijya, Exim etc.
• Ensure timely deposit of vehicle tax and bluebook renewal.
• Monthly submission of Receivable, Inventory & Loan report to Bank.
• Ensure timely registration of Branch as instructed by management.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned to sub-ordinates of same vertical.
• Responsible for the budgetary control in the company
• Liaise with government ministries, departments and offices as and when required.
• Ensure proper handling and solving issues related to daily accounting Operation.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly MIS.
• Ensure systems in BRJ/BRT/BTL branch are properly setup & complied with.
• Support for Internal and Statutory Audit. Also, obtain Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Supervise, monitor, develop and motivate subordinates.
• Obtain approval from senior management regarding any financial decisions within assigned role.
• Ensure proper attendance with less absenteeism and any non-compliance report to manager /management timely.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with team members/management/Banks/ Customers/ International & Local vendors etc.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of the office.

• Monthly Purchase/Sales VAT Register (Excel and Reconciliation)
• Monthly TDS Report (Excel and Reconciliation)
• Monthly Excise Register (Excel and Reconciliation)
• Monthly Reconciliation of SSF
• Master list of compliance documents.
• Payroll
-Qualifications:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Swastik).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, hlookup, pivot is the must).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
