*Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Chief Miller/Production Manager or relevant position in Bühler Atta or Flour Mill or relevant industry.
JobDescription:
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire milling process, ensuring optimal efficiency, yield, and quality of Atta/Flour.
• Manage production planning and execution to meet business targets.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of Bühler milling equipment.
• Optimize raw material utilization and control wastage.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as production efficiency, downtime, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for raw material and inventory management.
• Maintain production reports, downtime logs, and maintenance records.
• Ensure proper documentation of SOPs, quality checks, and inventory.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Graduate in a technical field or diploma holder
• Strong technical expertise in milling operations.
• Ability to lead a plant and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication and correspondence skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, production software, and reporting tools).
