-Job Description:
1) Having Knowledge of handling electrical and electronic testing equipment and tools.
2) Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
3) Having knowledge of function and trouble shooting of circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
4) Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair,and to ensure compliance with codes.
5) Prepare single line diagram (SLD) of internal wiring, panels,wring, equipment and ensure use safety codes.
6)Ensure No volume loss due to Electrical equipment break downs.

8) Ensure proper implementation and follow ups of Preventive maintenance reports.
9) Help engineering manager to maintain critical spare parts of electrical Equipments.
10) Ensure there should be no safety incident due to any electrical Equipment.
11) Ensure to have Accurate and Regular Power, fuel, water and HSD reading to taken.
12) Help to maintain all electrical’s legal compliances.
13) Ensure Power, fuel, Water consumption within AOP/BOM limits.
14) No LWP (leave without pay).
15) Help engineering manager to implement TPM in plant and engineering.
16) Develops any two team members to know electrical works of plant like Power change over, Energy meter readings, oil unloading, DG startup, trouble shooting of utility Equipments.
17) Ensure to meet plant KPI – Production, wastage, Dispatch.
