Hub Executive Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring efficient workflow and loyalty to operations procedures.
* Coordinate with the KTM hub to optimize operational procedures.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Prepare regular reports on hub performance, including key metrics such as on time delivery and efficiency.
* Recruit, train, and onboard new drivers, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
* Address driver concerns, inquiries, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
* Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding fleet operations, challenges, and opportunities.
* Reconcile and Collect amount and returned products from a delivery agent
* Update the status and payment in the delivery sheet and submit the cash to Accounts.
* Creating orders in Hermes and 3PL and printing stickers
* Assign pick-up agents to pick up the product from the vendors
* Receive incoming packages and verify the accuracy of information provided.
* Inside valley product handover to Transportation and Buddha.
* Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and business opportunities.
* Reach out to potential merchants and present the benefits of partnering with our company.
* Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with acquired merchants to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
* Negotiate contract terms and agreements with merchants.
