*Experience: 2 years of experience as a HR/ Payroll & Training Officer in any relevant industry .
-Job Description:
1: Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.
2: Manage TDS calculations and coordinate with finance for timely payments.
3: Manage staff advance reductions and coordinate with the accounts team for salary-related tasks.
4: Prepare detailed salary reports and share them with relevant stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5: Process employee exit formalities, including Full & Final payments and no-dues settlements.
6: Organize and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
7: Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning materials.
8: Ensure proper documentation of payroll and training activities.
9: Facilitate timely Social Security Fund (SSF) payments and manage new SSF account creation.
10: Assist in HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
-Required Skills & Qualifications:
1: Familiarity with HRM software, especially Nimble, and payroll systems.
2: Strong organizational and communication skills.
3: Knowledge of tax laws, SSF regulations, and HR processes.
4: Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different departments.
5: Experience in preparing salary reports and financial documentation.
6: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions for data analysis & reporting
