-Job Description:
1. Find out the sources of candidates .
2. Performing recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, updating the calendar accordingly, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails.
3.Working closely with the human resources department to maintain the candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
3.Preparing and posting job advertisements in social media
4.Screening candidates by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience.
5.Greeting and assisting interviewees onsite.
6. Following up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
7. Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly
8. Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating.
9. List out hiring candidates & follow up with clients for bill issues & recovery.
10. Prepare other documentation work as provided by the team.
11. Preparing monthly report
