*Experience: 2 years of experience as a Sales Head( Modern Trade) in FMCG Industry ( Prefer Edible Oil Industry).

Principal Accountabilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for MT Segment.
• Build sales and marketing strategies for the MT Segment to improve the sales and generate revenues
• Tie-up with the MT stakeholders and build relationship for product placement
• Focus on the achievement of target and sales collection, sales & expiry details to be shared with HOD.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes
• Focus on slow moving product and timely liquidation and plan schemes.
Key Requirements:
• Must have the ability to manage Modern trade customers, negotiation skill and develop joint marketing promotions
