*Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Account Officer in manufacturing industry
-JD:
1. Financial Management & Accounting
a. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping.
b. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
c. Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
d. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
e. Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting for factory operations.
f. Recording daily consumption and production report in ERP System and verifying accordingly.
2. Taxation & Compliance
a. Ensure compliance with TDS, and other tax regulations.
3. Landing Cost Control
a. Monitor factory expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
b. Analyze production costs and prepare cost-benefit reports.
4. Coordination & Reporting
a. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports ( i.e Purchase, Consumption, Production and inventory report, etc.)
b. Collaborate with different departments to streamline accounting processes.
