*Education: At least bachelor complete
*Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Procurement Officer in FMCG or any relevant industry.

•Research and evaluate potential Suppliers and Dealers for each product required.
•Estimate and establish cost and budgets for purchases and request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI.
•To make priority for long / medium and short term requirements.
•To track and follow up, check & verify each incoming product with order issued.
•To make complains about any issue in arrival of goods for rate / damage / quality etc.
•Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.
•Manage and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies.
•Work with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors.
•Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs.
•Ensure and supervise all deliveries contain as requested.
•Research and evaluate potential Suppliers and Dealers.
•Estimate and establish cost and budgets for purchases and request quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI
•Establish and maintain good relationships with dealers and suppliers
•Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.
•Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality
•Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
•Manage and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of Supplies
•Work with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors
•Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs
