*Experience: 3 years of a progressive experience as an Account-Finance & Logistic Manager in relevant industry
– Job Descriptions & Specifications:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
• Lead and oversee all accounting, finance, and reporting functions of the organization.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Monitor profitability, cost optimization initiatives, and overall financial performance.
Treasury & Working Capital Management
• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital requirements.
• Oversee receivables, payables, and collection efficiency to maintain healthy cash cycles.
• Administer trade finance instruments including LC, BG, foreign remittances, and import-related payments.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
2. Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, VAT, TDS, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal control systems and financial governance frameworks.
• Lead internal and external audit coordination and timely closure of audit observations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.
3. Logistics Cost Control & Operational Finance
• Provide financial oversight of logistics, inventory, warehousing, freight, clearing, and distribution activities.
• Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
• Ensure proper financial documentation and control of imports, inventory movement, and supply chain transactions.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to improve overall business efficiency.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounts teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Management teams.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, automation, and best practices across finance functions.
• Support Executive Management with strategic planning, business reviews, and performance monitoring.
