*Position: Assistant Account & Finance Manager
*Number: 1
*Salary: Negotiable
*Education: Bachelor/ACCA/Semi-CA
*Working Location: Kathmandu,Nepal
* Experience: At least 3 year’s of experience as an Assistant Account & Finance Manager in relevant field
-Major Responsibilities:
– VAT Calculation and VAT Filings
– TDS Reconciliation and TDS Filings
– Prepare and review Sales entries and maintain Vouchers
– Prepare Costing of Import Purchase
– Prepare and review all purchase ( Local and Import) and maintain Vouchers
– Prepare and review Journal Vouchers and maintain Vouchers
– Monitoring Payment processing using instrument like LC, DD, RTGS, TT, DAP etc.
– Fund arrangement including Loan Monitoring
– Insurance related works- Claim, Raising Policy
– Monitoring Logistic & Procurement
– Project Management
– Monitoring Stock Like product and spare parts as monthly basis.
– Payroll processing, SSF Compliance
Skills:
– Project management
– Good Communication Skills (Written + Verbal)
– Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with all levels in the organization
– Good Analytical Skills
– Experience in logistics management
– Ability to work under deadline and target
– Verbal and written communication skill
– Experience on data analysis, forecasting models budgeting and risk management
-Technical Skills:
MS – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally Software
