-Job Description:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Utilize various marketing channels and promotional activities to increase the hotel’s visibility and reach its target audience.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business and secure new bookings.
3. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the hotel management. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling hotel services to maximize revenue potential.
4. Preparing regular sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to the management team to make informed decisions.
5. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
